important thing was to study and to realize new chemical products more and more innovative, but they didn't understand that an important industrial area such as S. Croce sull'Arno, needed Assistance, Ideas and Quality, not only on writting paper but concretely into the tannery. Massimo Manzi and Raffaello Taddei, understood this and meanwhile Stahl studied and invested on the reserch of new and better chemical products, they used those results for giving Assistance to their customers and for Creating more and more their thechnical experiences and the trust by tanners. Their motto was and is also nowadays: Made to measure a package for each customer! It was the beginning of an epoch of a new way of thinking and of a new collaboration between the tanners and the sellers of chemical products… it was the beginning of Taddei & Manzi. In little time the building where Taddei and Manzi worked became too small because of the big quantity of work and of their success, so on the 1974 they trasfered their firm in a bigger building. They worked there for 9 years, the most important years for the firm, because it was the consacration of this new reality made of Innovation, Discrection, Honesty and Technical Quality in the Italian tanning market.
